Zenith is a personal growth application designed to help users better manage their impulses and develop better self-awareness. Zenith is not a medical, psychotherapeutic, or professional counseling service. In case of major distress or pathology, we strongly encourage you to consult a qualified healthcare professional.
You agree to use Zenith honestly and respectfully. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any fraudulent use of your account must be reported to us immediately.
Your use of the application is governed by our Privacy Policy. We attach paramount importance to the security of your personal reflections, which are end-to-end encrypted before being synchronized.
All content (text, graphics, logos, icons, animations) is the exclusive property of Zenith or its partners. Any reproduction or distribution without prior authorization is prohibited.
Certain features of Zenith may require a paid subscription. Transactions are managed via the Google Play Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play account settings.
Zenith strives to provide a high-quality experience but cannot guarantee that the application will be free of errors or interruptions. We shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the application.
We reserve the right to modify these ToS at any time. In the event of a significant change, you will receive a notification in the application. Your continued use of Zenith after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These ToS are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
