Is my data really secure?
Yes. Your personal reflections are encrypted on your phone before being sent to our servers. We use the AES-256-GCM standard, which means that no one, not even us, can read your private content.
How can I restore my data on a new device?
When you signed up, a 12-word recovery code was provided to you. It is essential to keep it safely. To restore your data, install Zenith on your new device, log in with your email, then enter your 12 words when the application asks for them.
I lost my recovery code, what should I do?
For security and total privacy reasons (end-to-end encryption), we do not have access to your decryption key. If you lose your recovery code and no longer have access to your original device, your encrypted data unfortunately cannot be recovered.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account at any time in the app Settings. This action is irreversible and will result in the permanent deletion of all your data within 30 days, in accordance with GDPR.
All subscriptions and payments are managed directly by the Google Play Store. If you encounter a billing issue, we invite you to consult Google Play help or contact us at support@zenith2app.com with your order number.
